The ongoing battle between Heard and Depp has been back and forth for a long while – but now, it has reached the stage where it is having an effect on both of their careers. Johnny Depp has already been removed from the Pirates franchise by Disney (even though it isn’t officially linked to the case) and now, fans are calling for Amber Heard to be removed from Aquaman 2.
The petition was raised on Change.org and has currently received over 34,000 signatures. This has come from the alleged news that it was in fact Amber who was the abuser within the relationship and that because of this, she shouldn’t be involved in any future WB projects.
Legally, the most recent update within the battle has been a request from Amber for Johnny to submit a mental health assessment for the $50 million defamation case which they are currently working through, as raised by Johnny.
