Durgamati The Myth premieres on Amazon Prime Video on 11th December 2020
With Amazon Prime Video the Durgamati The Myth trailer out, audiences are intrigued to find out more about the film. Lead actress Bhumi Pednekar has given us just that as she shared some new character posters for the film. They feature the likes of Arshad Warsi and Mahie Gill, along with, Jisshu Sengupta and Karan Kapadia in key roles.
Sharing the new posters on Instagram, Bhumi Pednekar wrote, “Victim or Mastermind? Get ready to meet #DurgamatiOnPrime on Dec 11, @PrimeVideoIN.” She is seen pointing a gun at the camera with a solemn expression.
Arshad Warsi shared his character poster on Instagram and said, “The face of deceit. The world of secrets. Get ready to meet #DurgamatiOnPrime Dec 11, @PrimeVideo.”
Not only this, but the first song from Durgamati called Baras Baras came out and features Bhumi Pednekar and Karan Kapadia, who are paired opposite each other. Sung by B Praak, the beautiful song is produced and written by Tanishk Bagchi.
The film’s director Ashok is well-known for his blockbuster Telugu film Bhaagamathie (2018).
In the film, Bhumi Pednekar will be seen in a unique role of a Government Officer who becomes the target of a sinister conspiracy. Prime members across 200 countries and territories can stream Durgamati from 11th December 2020.
