Prime Video is set to launch a thrilling new UK Original Movie titled ‘Deep Cover’, starring Bryce Dallas Howard, Orlando Bloom, Sean Bean, Nick Mohammed, Ian McShane, Paddy Considine, and Sonoya Mizuno.
The British action comedy follows three improv actors who are recruited by the police for low-level stings, leading them into the depths of the London criminal underworld. Production is scheduled to commence on 5th February in London, with ‘Deep Cover’ premiering exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories worldwide as part of the Prime subscription.
Based on an original script by Derek Connolly & Colin Trevorrow, with British improv duo Ben Ashenden & Alexander Owen adapting the script to the London setting, ‘Deep Cover’ promises to deliver an action-packed and comedic experience.
The film will be produced by Trevorrow via his Metronome Film Co. alongside Walter Parkes and Laurie MacDonald, with Annys Hamilton serving as Co-Producer. Tom Kingsley, known for the acclaimed comedy series “Stath Lets Flats,” will take the director’s chair.
