Indian actress Janhvi Kapoor is all set to make her Telugu debut with Jr. NTR’s ‘Devara,’ with Saif Ali Khan playing the antagonist. The pan-India film is scheduled to release in October 2024, according to media reports.
Besides the Telugu debut, the actress has also signed a film with Ram Charan and a Hindi film with Suriya.
Expressing excitement for Janhvi Kapoor’s film projects, father and producer Boney Kapoor told iDream Media, “Janhvi has shot for a film with Jr NTR, and she is soon set to start a film with Ram Charan too. It is God’s blessing. She is also doing a film with Suriya in Hindi. I want her to do all kinds of movies.”
Boney Kapoor said that the actress is excited to share the screen with her favourite stars. “She was happy. She is a fan of both these stars and she feels blessed about getting the chance, and hopefully the films will also work out well,” he added.
According to reports, Janhvi Kapoor’s film with Suriya will be directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. The film is set against the backdrop of the Mahabharata, the movie revolves around the character of Karna and is expected to be released in two parts.
Apart from her Telugu endeavors, the 26-year-old actress has lined up several Hindi films including ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ with Rajkummar Rao and ‘Ulajh’ with Gulshan Devaiah and Roshan Mathew.
