Pop star Taylor Swift has revealed a ‘third’ and ‘final’ limited special edition of her upcoming album “The Tortured Poets Department,” centered around an exclusive bonus track titled “The Black Dog,” according to Variety report.

This announcement came during a “secret songs” segment after her performance series in Singapore.

“The Black Dog” title is bound to captivate fans familiar with its historical connotations, symbolizing depression or melancholy, originally coined by Samuel Johnson in the 1700s and later linked to Winston Churchill in the 20th century.

While details about the song remain secret, Swift teased fans with a presumed lyrical snippet, “Old habits die screaming…,” shared on social media to announce the forthcoming edition.

Unlike previous cover art, which depicted Swift in various poses, the cover for this edition features her upright but entangled in her own arms. The photography, like the other editions, was captured by Beth Garrabant.

This edition of the album will be available exclusively through Swift’s webstore, with a cutoff time of Wednesday at 2 p.m. The vinyl version of this edition will be in black.

All editions of “The Tortured Poets Department” are set to release on April 19.
