Amazon Prime, in association with Dharma Productions and Leo Media Collective, is set to unveil the trailer for their highly anticipated comedy, “Bad Newz.” Directed by the multi-talented Anand Tiwari, this unique film stars a fresh trio – Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. The grand trailer launch event, held on 28 June in Mumbai, created a buzz among fans and the film industry alike.
Produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra, and Anand Tiwari, “Bad Newz” is scheduled for release in theaters on 19 July, 2024.
Inspired by true events, “Bad Newz” dives into the comedic side of Heteropaternal Superfecundation, a rare pregnancy phenomenon. The plot revolves around Saloni (Triptii Dimri), who finds herself pregnant with twins fathered by two different men, Akhil (Vicky Kaushal) and Gurbir (Ammy Virk). This extraordinary scenario sets off a chain of hilarious and touching events, ensuring an unforgettable cinematic experience.
