The upcoming Paramount horror film Primate is bolstering its ensemble with ten additional cast members. The newly announced actors include Jessica Alexander, Victoria Wyant, Benjamin Cheng, Gia Hunter, Miguel Torres Umba, Kae Alexander, Tienne Simon, Charlie Mann, Amina Abdi, and Albert Magashi.
These actors join previously confirmed stars, Academy Award winner Troy Kotsur and Johnny Sequoyah. The plot details and character specifics remain tightly guarded, adding to the buzz around the film.
Primate was first revealed in July by Deadline, with Walter Hamada producing under his exclusive first-look deal with Paramount, which kicked off on 1st January, 2023. The project sees Kotsur in a leading role, with Sequoyah joining the cast in August.
The film’s screenplay is written by Johannes Roberts and Ernest Riera, with Roberts also directing. Hamada will produce through his 18hz production company, alongside John Hodges and Bradley Pilz.
