Prime Video has announced the global premiere of Siren’s Kiss, a high-stakes fatal romance thriller that will debut exclusively on the platform on 2 March. The series brings together two of South Korea’s most recognisable stars, Park Min-young and Wi Ha-joon, in a tense psychological game where desire, suspicion and danger are inseparably entwined.
At the centre of the story is Cha Wooseok, portrayed by Wi Hajun, an elite investigator in the Insurance Fraud Investigation Unit who is drawn into a complex case involving a string of mysterious deaths connected to an insurance fraud scheme. His pursuit of the truth leads him to Han Seol-ah, played by Park Minyoung, a woman suspected of being at the heart of the conspiracy. As Wooseok digs deeper into her past, professional instinct gives way to a perilous attraction that threatens to compromise both his judgment and his life.
Park Minyoung takes on the role of Han Seol-ah, a charismatic and provocative art auctioneer who serves as head auctioneer and team leader at Royal Auction, the country’s leading art auction house. Outwardly polished and flawless, Seol-ah carries a dark and unsettling reputation: every man who has loved her has died. As scrutiny intensifies around the deaths linked to her, the character’s elegance and mystery begin to fracture, positioning Park Minyoung in one of her most enigmatic transformations to date.
Wi Hajun stars as Cha Wooseok, a sharply analytical investigator renowned for maintaining the industry’s highest arrest record for life-insurance fraud. Known for his unyielding rationality and commitment to justice, Wooseok’s carefully ordered world begins to unravel when a crucial lead directs him toward Seol-ah, forcing him to confront emotions that blur the line between obsession and reason.
As the suspect and investigator grow dangerously entangled, Siren’s Kiss builds a charged atmosphere that continually questions the truth. Is Han Seol-ah a modern-day siren who draws men toward destruction, or is she the victim of an elaborate setup? And as the mystery deepens, the central question remains whether Wooseok can survive long enough to uncover the answer.
The series is directed by Kim Cheol-gyu, whose previous work on Flower of Evil, Celebrity, Chicago Typewriter and Mother has earned acclaim for its psychological depth and visual sophistication. His approach promises a thriller that balances emotional intensity with morally complex storytelling.
Siren’s Kiss will premiere on March 2 exclusively on Prime Video across more than 240 countries and territories, with new episodes released weekly. The series joins an extensive catalogue on the platform that spans Korean dramas, anime, and award-winning Amazon Originals, reinforcing Prime Video’s growing investment in globally driven, high-concept storytelling.
As the investigation begins and attraction intensifies, Siren’s Kiss positions itself as a seductive thriller where every revelation brings greater risk—and where trust may prove fatal.
