Prime Video has released the official trailer and key art for the third season of LOL: Last One Laughing Colombia, confirming that the popular comedy series will return on 6 February, 2026.
Unveiled in Bogotá on 27 January, the first look reveals a fresh twist on the show’s familiar format. This season, the LOL house transforms into an “authentic NoveLOL,” where classic telenovela drama becomes a central weapon in the battle to stay straight-faced.
The format remains unchanged at its core. Ten of Colombia’s top comedians are locked inside a house for six hours with one rule: make others laugh without laughing themselves. The last contestant standing wins the LOL Colombia trophy and 200 million Colombian pesos, which is donated to a foundation of their choice.
Season three raises the stakes with the return of host Jorge Enrique Abello, who once again presides over the competition. This time, elements of romance, intrigue, betrayal and melodrama are woven into the challenge, creating a heightened arena for comedy.
For the first time in the show’s history, the house brings together a diverse mix of performers drawn from classic television, stand-up comedy and social media. The new lineup includes Alejandra Urrea, Alerta Humor, Endry Cardeño, Estefanía Gómez, Estiwar G, Hasaam, Iván Marín, La Toxicosteña, Nelson Polanía “Polilla,” and Tavo Rodríguez. Each contestant will take on roles inspired by heroes, villains and jesters, using acting skills and comedic instincts to outlast their rivals.LOL: Last One Laughing Colombia continues to be part of Prime Video’s expanding slate of international and Colombian productions. With its blend of comedy and melodrama, Season 3 of LOL aims to push the boundaries of the franchise while staying true to its core challenge, surviving laughter in the most unexpected ways.
