Actress Kiara Advani plays Dhoni’s onscreen wife Sakshi in the upcoming biopic M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, out this Friday
Monday 26th September 2016 – M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story is the much-awaited biopic of this year, starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Kiara Advani and Disha Patani.
Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the film is set to give audiences an insight into the Indian cricketer MS Dhoni’s life.
Recently, actress Kiara Advani, who plays Dhoni’s onscreen wife Sakshi, shared a picture on her Twitter and Instagram, of her on the set of the film with veteran actor Anupam Kher. In the picture she is seen wearing the exact wedding lehenga choli, weaving all the fine details that made her transform into Sakshi Dhoni onscreen.
The actress tweeted: “#7DaysToGo #MSDhoniTheUntoldStory from being a student of his at @ap_mum to sharing screen space with @AnupamPkher sir! Such an honour.”
The makers have shot the film at real locations, such as at the cricketer’s house in the city Ranchi, at his school and at the train station where Dhoni worked as a ticket collector.
M.S. Dhoni The Untold Story is in cinemas this Friday, 30th September.
