Looking back on last year, actor Vicky Kaushal reminisces,
“Ever since I started working, especially in 2018, all my films were received well by the audiences and the box office as well. So it feels good. I am happy that Manmarziya was liked by the audiences and the critics as well.”
Initially, the actor confesses, he wondered about how he would fare. He says,
“I would keep pondering over questions like whether I would get films. But when films and characters started pouring in, I started getting offers for good content oriented films. So I feel happy. My next film, Uri is all set to release in 2019, and I am looking forward to it. I play an officer serving a special corps of Para Commandos,”
Dwelling on his childhood, Vicky adds,
“I used to think that I should join the Armed forces when I grow up. I feel every growing boy has this thought of joining the army and being able to serve the country.”
Also starring Yami Gautam and Paresh Rawal, Uri is written and directed by Aditya Dhar, and releases in cinemas worldwide on 11th January 2019.
