Chris Hemsworth Eager to Star in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3!

Avengers: Endgame spoilers ahead!

In the final scenes of Endgame, audiences saw Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and the Guardians of the Galaxy leave Earth together for adventures that we are sure to see the third instalment to the franchise. Following his traumatic experience with Thanos, it was clear that Thor wanted to go to pastures new with his new ‘moron’ friends.

Even though this final scene seems to be a teaser into the events of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3, it’s not set in stone.

But Hemsworth has stated that he is definitely interested in being a part of the project alongside Dave Bautista who plays Drax. Bautista says, “Yeah! Absolutely. If we can all do Infinity War and Endgame together… It was a who’s who there and there were no issues. It was pretty amazing to see. That’s a trickle-down thing. That comes from the top. Marvel set the tone for an environment, and that’s what the environment is. I think they take all those things into consideration when people are being hired, and it was incredible to see a who’s who of Hollywood, all interacting together in a very pleasant atmosphere. There were no egos; there was no ego-clashing or attitude. If there was, I didn’t witness it. I think Chris Hemsworth is a great guy; he’s a fun-loving Aussie. He is what you’d expect him to be. He’s very funny, pleasant and upbeat. He’s very social, so I think that would be a perfect fit to be honest with you. I think Hemsworth is hysterical.”

However, there hasn’t been a production start date announced for Vol. 3, let alone a release date so we will all have to sit back with our fingers crossed. After Hemsworth’s performance in Thor:Ragnarok, he has proven his comedic worth and right to be in the more light-hearted Guardians movies.

We will keep everyone updated!
