Billie Eilish Makes James Bond History

Billie Eilish has made Bond history as she is the youngest person to have taken on the mantle of singing the James Bond theme. But this hasn’t fazed her in the slightest – she has taken it with grace and maturity beyond her eighteen years.

It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way. James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.

She has already written and recorded the theme for No Time to Die, which is going to be automatically different from any other Bond film for a start. Phoebe Waller-Bridge has assisted with the script while Cary Fukunaga from True Detective will be directing. With these changes made to the Bond franchise, Eilish is the perfect candidate to take on the monumental song.

In the short amount of time that Eilish has been on the scene, she has risen to considerable fame with over 50 million followers on Instagram. She is now regarded as one of the most-streamed artists on Spotify. We can’t wait to see what her song will be like when it is released – we don’t have a definite date but it will be around April 2020.
