Keerthy Suresh’s Penguin is the second big direct to digital release this year in Tamil cinema after Ponmagal Vandhal on Amazon Prime Video
Actress Keerthy Suresh recently spoke about her upcoming film Penguin, streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. When quizzed about her role and where she found the inspiration to play her character in the crime drama, she shared that she did not watch any videos that may have essayed similar types of characters before. Instead, the actress revealed that she did speak to her mother regarding her role in the crime drama.
The award-winning Indian actress further added that when the story and the character was being written by director Eashvar Karthic, his wife was also pregnant, hence the eye for details.
Penguin is the story of a mother who would go to any extent to protect her child and is streaming exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
