Participants in the fellowship will acquire essential soft and digital skills, equipping them to excel in an increasingly automated work environment. The program targets college students and entry-level professionals in fields such as IT, finance, management, HR, hospitality, and media. It emphasizes immersive learning experiences, including workplace simulations and participative case studies.

“We’re excited to offer this futuristic learning experience for ambitious women in Lucknow,” said Nanda and Chakrabarty. “Soft skills and our workplace readiness assessment report will give candidates a unique edge. We invite all Lucknow ki Ladkis to apply and seize this opportunity.”

The Smart Fellowship aims to provide participants with the tools necessary to thrive in their careers, promoting gender equality and empowering the next generation of women leaders in India.
