Indian television actor Vikas Sethi, who was known for his roles in iconic shows like “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi,” “Kahiin To Hoga,” and “Kasautii Zindagi Kay,” passed away on Sunday, 18th September, following a cardiac arrest. The 48-year-old actor reportedly died peacefully in his sleep at his Mumbai residence, according to reports. Sethi, a familiar face to audiences from the 2000s, also appeared in films such as “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham” and “Deewaanapan”. He was last seen in the 2019 Telugu blockbuster “iSmart Shankar”. Aside from his memorable TV roles, he starred in daily soaps like “Uttaran,” “Geet Hui Sabse Parayee,” and “Sasural Simar Ka”. Sethi is survived by his wife, Jhanvi Sethi, and their twin sons, born in 2021. The family has yet to release an official statement.
