Angelina Jolie and Michelle Pfeiffer ‘Playful’ On Set Says Elle Fanning!

With the release of the sequel to the Maleficent remake ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ on the way, fans are eagerly awaiting what Angelina Jolie has in store for us with her performance. Elle Fanning will be reprising her role as Aurora while Michelle Pfeiffer is joining the cast.

With three such strong women lending themselves to the story, it is a wonder to think about what the atmosphere must be like on set. Elle Fanning was asked which of the two leads she found more intimidating on camera at the D23 Expo and with a laugh, she answered.

She said, “That’s hard to say! […] They definitely go head to head in their own ways. In real life, they’re so playful which is what makes them, I think so intimidating on screen. They’re willing to go for it. It’s special.”

We can’t wait to see the sequel and see Angelina don those razor-sharp cheekbones once again.
