Netflix announced the premiere date for Lee Chang-hee’s ‘A Killer Paradox’, releasing the fast-cut teaser. ‘A Killer Paradox’, starring Parasite fame Choi Woo-Shik and Lee Hee-Jun is a story of a regular guy who somehow turns into a serial killer, all while being pursued by a detective intent on capturing him. The thriller will debut on 9th February on the streaming platform. “Choi plays Lee Tang, a typical university student, delivering a chilling performance. He evolves from an ordinary man into a murderer. Son takes on the role of Jang Nan-gam, a relentless detective with sharp intuition, creating a character who faces internal conflict while persistently pursuing Lee Tang,” reads the Netflix description of the film. A Killer Paradox is based on Kkomabi’s webtoon of the same name, which won many awards, including the New Artist Award at the Korea Contents Awards, Today’s Korean Cartoon Award, and the Jury Prize at the Reader’s Cartoon Grand Awards. The film received appreciation for its sensational storytelling. It is creating a lot of buzz as fans are eagerly waiting to see how the series will justify the original work, which is known for its detailed character depictions.
