People’s Choice Awards 2024: ‘Barbie’, Taylor Swift emerge as a dominant force

The 2024 People’s Choice Awards, hosted by Simu Liu, unfolded in a spectacular live broadcast from California on Sunday, showcasing remarkable achievements and celebrated winners from the entertainment industry.

Taylor Swift emerged as a dominant force, winning four awards, further solidifying her place as a beloved figure in music. Additionally, Billie Eilish’s stellar performance in ‘Swarm’ earned her recognition in the TV Performance of the Year category.

BTS member Jungkook triumphed as the Male Artist of the Year, surpassing heavyweights like Bad Bunny, Drake, and Jack Harlow. The expansion of categories this year to a total of 45 provided even more opportunities for recognition and celebration within the entertainment realm.
