Disney has revealed plans for a brand-new stage production featuring some of its most notorious villains, scheduled to launch in the summer of 2025. According to news, the live show is set in the “mysterious, reflective realm of the Magic Mirror,” that will bring iconic antagonists like Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook, and Maleficent to life in a series of dazzling performances. Audiences can expect these infamous foes to “break through the glass” as they take the stage in bold production numbers, according to Disney. The show will take place at the park’s Sunset Showcase, offering fans a chance to immerse themselves in a world of villainy. This new stage production arrives just ahead of Disney’s long-anticipated “villains land” at its Orlando theme park, which will feature rides, shopping, and dining inspired by iconic Disney antagonists like Ursula, Gaston, and the Evil Queen. The land was officially confirmed following years of speculation, with a teaser announcement at D23 hinting at what’s to come for fans of Disney’s most wicked characters.
