Full time: Peru go through to the semis with a superb and promising performance. Bolivia couldn’t match their speed and were often caught wide that Peru made the best of. Bolivia did get a consolation goal out of a penalty and with their performance in this Copa America, they take back the experience that will help them further.
Guerrero scored a hattrick and is now tied with Vidal as the top scorer of the tournament. Now it will be CHILE vs PERU in the Semifinal 1.

76′ – GOAL! Bolivia give away too easily in attempt of a pass and Guerrero nets the ball comfortably as he was one on one with Quinonez. And Guerrero scores the first Copa America hattrick.

69′ – Dalence goes down in the Peru penalty area as Gallese catches him and not the ball but the penalty isn’t given. Should have been a penalty to Bolivia. So unlucky!

66′ – Sub(PER): Pizarro goes off as Andre Carrillo comes on. Pizarro hands over the captain armband to Guerrero.

Cueva yet again looks so bright and dangerous every time he’s on the ball. A real asset for Peru.

55′ – A good pass by Cueva to Guerrero who put a good through ball back to Cueva but well defended by Bolivia there as they closed down Cueva.
53′ – Pizarro goes for a strong strike and good save by Quinonez.

Half time: Peru dominated the whole half with their superb pace and conviction. Bolivia are somewhat damaged by the lead though they came close to scoring from set pieces. Peru have shown more character though.

44′ – Peru get a free kick a few yards outside the box from Chumacero’s foul on Yotun.
37′ – CHANCE! Wonderful passing by Peru. Farfan gets the final ball and his shot hits the post bottom.

Peru is pressing really high up the pitch and it’s troubling Bolivia greatly.
30′ – CLOSE! An excellent free kick by Dalence which is headed towards the goal and a fine save by Gallese.

23′ – Guerrero picked out by Cueva with the superb cross and Quinonez came forward a bit too early and Guerrero easily netted it. Excellent counter attack after the Bolivian free kick.

20′ – GOAL! Guerrero superbly heads the superb cross from Vargas. Quinonez couldn’t get there in time. Perfect header!
15′ – CLOSE! From a corner, Peru takes the shot straight on the goal while Quinonez is aside, Bolivian defender puts it away.
10′ – Guerrero clipped Quinonez as Quinonez was with the ball and Guerrero for trying to put pressure on him.
9′ – Guerrero runs well with the ball and takes the strike himself but the ball goes over the bar.
8′ – A through ball to Jimenez but he’s offside.
5′ – Foul by Coimbra on Advincula and Peru get a free kick a few feet outside the box towards the right of the goal post.
4′ – Quinonez comfortably collects the ball from the free kick that is straight driven at him.
3′ – Cueva is fouled by Danny and free kick to Peru on the left of the box.
2′ – Bolivia go forward through a throw in but a very strong pass to Moreno makes it impossible for him to keep the ball down.

Chile after beating Uruguay last night in the first quarterfinal of Copa America 2015 became the first team to reach the semifinals. The winner of this game will compete with Chile in the Semifinal 1.
Bolivia, after losing heavily to the home team in the last game, will want to revive themselves as a team and reach the semifinals to compete again with Chile and beat them this time around.
Peru, being a pretty consistent team in this Copa America, will want to reach the semifinals of the competition for the first time just like they reached the knockout stage.
