Lytus Technologies, a platform-driven innovation company, has officially launched its media and entertainment division, Lytus Studios XR India, alongside the debut of Lytus Music, a new vertical dedicated to music production, distribution, and artist engagement. Leading this strategic expansion is M. Sai Ramakrishna (SRK) Mudigonda, who has been appointed as the CEO of Lytus Studios XR India. With over 25 years of experience across media, entertainment, sport, telecom, and advertising sectors, SRK is expected to bring in deep strategic and operational expertise to the company’s new vertical. Headquartered in Hyderabad, Lytus Studios XR India marks the company’s official entry into India’s entertainment sector with plans that span OTT content, digital-first video, immersive XR formats, and music. The newly launched Lytus Music aims to focus on original tracks, curated playlists, immersive sound formats, and live performances, while also offering a platform for independent and regional talent. “This isn’t just about launching a studio or a music label, it’s about reimagining entertainment for the digital age,” said SRK Mudigonda, CEO of Lytus Studios XR India. “With Lytus Music, we are laying the foundation for a next-generation audio ecosystem that blends creativity, technology, and cultural relevance.” Lytus is also ramping up hiring across creative, production, digital marketing, platform management, and talent relations verticals. The company is in advanced talks to finalize a brand ambassador who will represent Lytus Music across campaigns and public platforms. The company plans to create employment opportunities for around 150 people in its first year of operation.
